Please order early and allow time for both knitting and delivery. Arrival depends on when you order, your destination and your shipping method. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of arrival by Christmas or another specific date. If you need your sweater for a party or gift exchange, plan around that earlier date. 

Each sweater is knitted to order. Allow approximately 7–14 business days for production. After dispatch, Air Economy takes approximately 2–3 weeks, while Air Express takes about 1 week.

Shipping time is additional to production time. These estimates can vary by destination, and holiday demand or carrier delays can add time.

No. The one-week estimate covers shipping after your sweater is made and dispatched. The production period still applies. Air Express provides faster transit; it does not make knitting faster or guarantee arrival for a particular date.

Use the size chart on the individual sweater’s product page. Lay a sweater you already own and like wearing flat, then compare its measurements using the points shown in the chart.

Choose by the measurements, rather than assuming your usual T-shirt size will fit. Contact us before ordering if you need help reading the chart.

Compare both sizes with a sweater that fits the way you want. Consider how much room you prefer and whether you’ll wear a shirt underneath. Use the garment measurements to guide your choice; the size label alone will not tell you how it will fit.

Check the recipient’s measurements or compare the chart with a sweater they already wear. Our policy on incorrectly selected sizes also applies to gifts.

If you cannot confirm the fit, a 100MPH gift card lets them choose their own design and size. 

We do not offer refunds or size exchanges for an incorrectly selected size. Please check the measurements carefully before ordering, including when buying a gift.

If you receive a different size from the one you ordered, or suspect a manufacturing fault, contact us so we can review it.

Email support@100mph.cc within 30 days of delivery, with your order number, clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review your claim and arrange an appropriate resolution under our refund policy.

Once knitting has started, we cannot alter the sweater’s size, color or design. Please double-check your selections and delivery address before completing checkout.

Yes. These are fully knitted jacquard sweaters, with the artwork created in colored yarn as part of the fabric. The designs have real knit texture and detail; they are not printed onto the surface. Each sweater is made to order in your chosen design and size

They are made from 55% cotton and 45% polyester, with a soft feel and a classic unisex fit. Check the measurements on your chosen product’s size chart before ordering.

Wash on a warm machine cycle and use low heat when tumble drying. Avoid bleach and dry cleaning. Always follow the care label on your garment.

Yes. Choose eligible Christmas sweaters in any combination of designs, available colors and sizes. Prices are $79 each, any 2 for $139, or any 3 for $199—saving $19 on two or $38 on three.

Savings apply automatically to qualifying sweaters in the same order. No code is needed, and bundle offers cannot be combined with other discounts.

Shipping and applicable taxes are additional, including on bundle orders. The shipping charge is calculated at checkout for your order, destination and selected method.

Air Express shipments may incur additional customs duties or local taxes, depending on the destination.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If your order is overdue or tracking appears stuck, check the latest carrier update and confirm the delivery address on your order. Then email support@100mph.cc with your order number so we can help investigate.
