Dubbed the world’s fastest street-legal production car (1987-1989), the Ferrari F40 broke out as successor to the 288 GTO with this impressive sports car. At the time of its production from 1987 to 1992 it was the fastest, most powerful, and most expensive car for Ferrari. Developed to help Ferrari regain its dominance in Formula One racing, it would be the last car that founder Enzo Ferrari would ever commission. Issued as the final statement of a dedicated man of industry, car collectors prize the F40.
This winged wonder of a car was visceral and no-nonsense in every way. In many ways, our Ferrari F40 shirt is the same, with little fluff it lets the car and that wonderful design do all the talking.
